Terms and Policies:

Once your reservation is confirmed by a Guest Service Representative you will receive a reservation confirmation and a copy for your signature of our terms and policies which includes acknowledgement of the following information.

Check-In & Check-out
Check in time is between 3:00 and 6:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. There will be no refunds if the unit is not fully clean by 3pm but is clean by 6pm. This is not typical but should extra cleaning be required, you will be permitted to enter.








 

Rates/Taxes   
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation. Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time. Rates do not include state and local taxes, amenity fees (when applicable), or $100 non-refundable reservation administration fee.

Payment    
Reservations require advance deposit of 30% of rental amount with-in 48 hours from the date the reservation is made. Final payment for the balance of rental is required 60 days prior to arrival date.

Reservation Administration Fee   
All reservations are subject to a non-refundable $100 reservation administration fee.

Returned Checks   
A $20.00 service charge applies.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival date will receive a refund equal to 80 percent of the reservation deposit; only after the reserved property has been re-rented for the full amount of the original reservation. Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival forfeit all refunds, unless the property is re-rented for the full amount of the original reservation. Refunds for cancellations are issued within 7-14 days of the property rebooking.

Pets
Pets are not allowed at any Hawaiian Vacation Rental properties. Please, no exceptions

No Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Hawaiian Vacation Rental homes.

Damage Deposit
At the time of booking, a damage deposit is required. This damage security deposit will be returned following an inspection by a Hawaiian Vacation Rentals employee after your departure.

All costs for performing additional cleaning necessitated by the condition the renter leaves the home rental, as well as all other costs of repair or replacement caused by damage to the property by the renter, shall be paid in full by the renter. The renter’s deposit will apply on account of such total costs and the renter shall be responsible for any additional amount over the amount of deposit.

Cleaning Policy
To enhance the quality of your getaway experience, general cleaning following your departure is provided as an additional charge.  Any home rental unit requiring excessive cleaning, will be charged to the rental guest at $45 per hour and deducted from your damage deposit.  This will include carpets.  Rental guests may be charged the cost to spot clean or completely clean carpets due to excessive spotting.
